Coachella Announces Set Times; Plus, Live Webcast Planned for All Three Days of the Festival

It’s that time of year again; when music devotees make their yearly pilgrimage into the desert to worship the aural gods.  And this year’s trek out to The Coachella Valley Arts and Music Festival in Indio, California has all the makings to become one of the year’s biggest and most raucous three-day music weekends.

This year, the sold-out crowd will be treated to full lineups on six separate stages, which is bound to leave most music lovers with several tough choices to make.  Check out the newly released set times for the full festival, plus utilize Coachella’s own, Coachooser application, which helps you plan your festival itinerary.

Plus, for those of you not heading out to the desert this year, starting Friday, you can stream the exclusive live webcast from the festival on Coachella’s Official YouTube Channel.

The Drums Set to Release “The New World” Single to Benefit Japan Disaster Relief, Hear it now!

Summer comes early this year with the release of new music from beach and boardwalk daydreamers, The Drums.  The band’s newest single “The New World” stays true to The Drums’ signature bright and sunny surf hooks, but this time around there’s a good cause behind their jukebox melodies of surf and sun.  All proceeds from the track will benefit the victims of the Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami, plus fans in Japan can download the song for free.

Get a preview of “The New World,” below, plus, be sure to download the track (and help benefit Japan’s disaster relief) when it releases next week.

The Drums’ new single “The New World” releases April 18th from Downtown Records.
