Glasser Brings “Mirrorage,” Unique Headgear, and QR Codes To Her American T.V. Debut on “Fallon”

Avant-garde ingénue, Glasser, made her American TV debut last night appearing on “Late Night With Jimmy Fallon,” to perform “Mirrorage” from her debut LP, Ring.

The performance featured some serious Asian-inspired head gear and a stage lined with QR Codes, which are matrix barcodes that, once scanned by a barcode reader or camera phone, link to encoded information like text, a URL, or other data.  In this case, Glasser’s QR code, leads viewers to a 3D “lobby,” where you can watch the web exclusive performance of “Clamour,” download “Mirrorage,” and watch the “Mirrorage” music video.  If you are lacking a QR code scanner, head HERE to access the extra content.

See Glasser’s performances for both “Mirroage” and “Clamour,” below.

Glasser’s debut LP, Ring, is available now from True Panther Sounds.

L.A.’s hometown heroes, Local Natives, brought “Wide Eyes,” the third single off of their debut album, Gorilla Manor, to “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” last night.  The boys used the opportunity to present their signature three-part harmonies and intricate percussive breakdowns to a national audience.  They even got the seal of approval from The Roots/”Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” house-band drummer @questlove, who tweeted, “love @localnatives.”

Local Natives keep it high profile and high brow with a special performance at the Walt Disney Concert Hall, home of the Los Angeles Philharmonic.  The concert takes place on February 26th, and tickets go on sale to the public January 15th.  Additional information and ticket link can be found, HERE.
