Adele sets 22 North American Dates in Support of “21,” Plus, Full Album Stream at NPR

British soul songbird, Adele, set a 40-day, 22-date North American tour in support of her forthcoming sophomore LP, “21.”  The tour kicks off in Washington, DC on May 12th, and runs through June 20th in Nashville, TN.

Tickets for the tour dates go on sale to the public this Friday, February 11th, but pre-sale tickets for fans go on sale Wednesday, February 9th at 12 PM EST / 9 AM PST exclusively from Adele’s Official Website.

Also, beginning today, Adele’s “21” is streaming in full at NPR Music.  Be sure to get your first listen before the album hits stores!

NPR Will Stream a Live Video Webcast of Jónsi’s Concert at The Wiltern, This Sunday

NPR Music will run its inaugural live video webcast of Jónsi’s performance at Los Angeles’ legendary Wiltern Theater, this Sunday, October 17th at 9 PM PST.

The webcast’s website will feature special live backstage reporting and will allow fans to chat in real time during the performance.  Dean Deblois, who previously directed the Sigur Rós film Heima, will direct the webcast’s six-camera live concert shoot. A replay of the show will broadcast on-demand the entire next day, Monday, October 18th for East Coast fans.

Hear The Black Keys New Album “Brothers” Streaming Now at NPR.org

Blues-Rock duo, The Black Keys, stream their sixth LP Brothers in its entirety via NPR.org.  The first single from the album is Tighten Up, which features production from Danger Mouse, who previously worked with Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney on 2008’s Attack & Release.
