UNCLE’s James Lavelle Plays a Guest DJ Set TONIGHT at Amoeba Hollywood
Following up last night’s show at the El Rey, UNCLE’s James Lavelle will man the turntables tonight for a guest DJ set at Amoeba Hollywood.
UNCLE are touring in support of their latest incarnation and new album, When Does the Night Fall, which is kaleidoscopic in scope. The album has been described as, “both widescreen and intimate, propulsive and reflective, drawing in influences as diverse as krautrock, psychedelia, techno, afrobeat and their grass root sample sound.” The album also features a smorgasbord of guest vocals from The Black Angels and Elle J, to San Francisco’s Sleepy Sun and Los Angeles’ Autolux among many others.
Check out this master of the ones and twos live while you have the chance!
